At GlideBloom, we want you to love your levitating plant display as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Damaged items due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@glidebloom.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back using the instructions provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or replacement, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
